Preservation propels community to evolve progressive development policies and environmentally sustainable methods of construction.
In Detroit, the power of the preservation message is one that must be broadcast to a wider audience and incorporated into a deeper dialogue. While preservation efforts have increased dramatically in the last three decades, the full potential of preservation’s scope is hardly realized in the Motor City, the nexus of a region that boasts tremendous historical, geographical, and cultural significance.
Preservation Wayne and its partners are at the vanguard of the preservation movement in Detroit, advocating for progress in the media and in the halls of power.
